Where to find your download link

After purchase, your download link is available in two places:

  1. Your order confirmation email (sent to the email address used at checkout)
  2. The order confirmation page immediately after checkout (if you didn’t close it)

If you can’t find the email, follow the steps below.

Step 1: Check your inbox (and spam)

Please check:

  • Spam / Junk
  • Promotions (Gmail)
  • Focused/Other (Outlook)
  • “All Mail” (Gmail)

Search your inbox for:

  • “Calm First”
  • “download”
  • your order number

Step 2: Check you used the right email

The download is sent to the email address you entered at checkout.

Common issues:

  • Typo in the email address
  • Apple “Hide My Email” used unintentionally
  • A partner/spouse’s email was used

If you think you used the wrong email, see “Wrong email address” below.

Step 3: If you used Apple “Hide My Email”

If you checked out using Apple Pay or “Hide My Email,” your order may be linked to a private relay address (it looks like random letters).

That’s fine, the download still works.
Check the inbox associated with that Apple relay, or contact us and we’ll help locate the order.

Step 4: How to download and open your file

On iPhone/iPad

  1. Tap the download link
  2. Choose Download / View
  3. Tap the share icon and select Save to Files
  4. Open from the Files app (Downloads folder)

On Android

  1. Tap the download link
  2. The file will download to your Downloads folder
  3. Open using your PDF reader (Google Drive/Files works)

On a computer

  1. Click the download link
  2. Save the file to a folder you can find (Desktop/Downloads)
  3. Open with any PDF reader

Step 5: Download link not working?

If a download link doesn’t work, try:

  • Copy/paste the link into a new browser tab
  • Try a different browser (Chrome is best)
  • Turn off VPN/ad blockers temporarily
  • Try on a different device

Wrong email address / can’t access your order?

No problem. Email us and we’ll sort it.
