Digital products and your statutory rights

Our products are digital downloads delivered immediately after purchase. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the standard 14-day cancellation right does not apply to digital content where delivery has begun with your consent and acknowledgement that the cancellation right is lost.

You will confirm this at checkout before completing your purchase.

Because we are confident in the method, we offer a voluntary guarantee that goes beyond your statutory rights.

Guarantee 1: Right Stage Promise

If you purchase a guide and realise it is not the right stage for your baby, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will swap you to the correct stage guide at no extra cost.

No questions. No faff. Email support@calmfirst.co.uk with your order number and the stage you need.

Guarantee 2: Try It Properly Promise

Follow the Quick Start steps on Night One and Night Two as set out in your guide. If after doing so you do not feel more confident and calmer within 48 hours, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund your payment in full.

We ask that you have genuinely followed the Night One and Night Two steps before requesting this refund. We make this promise because when parents follow one calm order consistently, results are almost always immediate. This guarantee exists because we are confident in the method, not as a general no-questions refund policy.

How to request a swap or refund

Email support@calmfirst.co.uk with:

Your full name, your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a brief description of your request.

We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Purchases outside the guarantee window

Requests received after 14 days of purchase cannot be processed. We are unable to offer swaps or refunds outside this window.

The Complete Baby Sleep System

The Double Guarantee applies to the Complete Baby Sleep System in the same way it applies to individual stage guides.
