1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made and all use of the website at calmfirst.co.uk. By using this website or purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms. Please read them before completing a purchase.

2. Digital products

All products sold on this website are digital downloads. They are delivered electronically immediately after purchase via your order confirmation email and the order confirmation page.

Because digital products are delivered instantly, they are exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, where the customer has consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that the right to cancel is lost upon delivery. You will be asked to confirm this at checkout.

We do however offer our own voluntary 14-Day Calm First Double Guarantee, which goes beyond your statutory rights. Full details are on the Refunds and Guarantee page.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at the time of your order.

Payment is processed securely at checkout. We do not store card details.

4. Delivery

Your download link is delivered to the email address provided at checkout immediately after payment is confirmed. If you do not receive it within 10 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot locate it, visit our Download Help page or contact support@calmfirst.co.uk.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website and within our products, including text, PDFs, frameworks, checklists, and downloadable materials, is the intellectual property of Calm First Baby Sleep. You may not reproduce, share, resell, or distribute any content without written permission.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own household use only.

6. Disclaimer

The information provided in Calm First products is for general guidance purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice. If you have concerns about your baby's health, feeding, weight, breathing, or development, please consult your GP or health visitor. See our full Disclaimer page for further detail.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calm First Baby Sleep shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability in relation to any purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for that purchase.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Privacy

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
